Angus Moon QC represented the health Trust in the inquest into the death of Peter Williams. Peter Williams had been lawfully pursued for council tax arrears by his local authority since the 1990’s. The Coroner determined that Mr Williams took his own life whilst the balance of his mind was disturbed.
