Chris Daw QC secured not guilty verdicts on all charges against Simon Halabi, once one of Britain’s richest men.
Mr Halabi faced two assault charges, but was acquitted after a Crown Court jury found that his actions were in self defence, following an attack upon him, outside his house in Mayfair.
