John Beggs QC acts in Inquest into the death of Raoul Moat victim Christopher Brown

John Beggs QC acted for the Chief Constable of Northumbria Police in the Inquest into the death of Christopher Brown. Mr Brown was murdered by Raoul Moat. The inquest examined the handling of intelligence about Moat’s intentions by HMP Durham and the police, but concluded that Mr Brown’s death could not have been prevented.
