Charles Foster appears for Care Not Killing in the Supreme Court cases of Nicklinson and Martin

Charles Foster, instructed by Barlow Robbins, appeared for the Intervener, Care Not Killing, in the Supreme Court cases of Nicklinson and Martin, in which Nicklinson sought, inter alia, a declaration of incompatibility in relation to s. 2(1) of the Suicide Act 1961, and Martin sought to compel the DPP to provide further clarification of the guidelines relating to the prosecution of offences of assisted suicide.
