This will be chaired by Angus Moon QC who will be joined by speakers Michael Walsh, Frances McClenaghan and Liam Duffy. The one hour session aims to provide a first-hand perspective and an informative discussion from specialist practitioners on some recent cases and current issues in clinical negligence. Specific topics will include Hughes v Rattan and the illegality defence following Traylor v Kent and Medway NHS Social Care Partnership Trust [2022].
