The one hour session aims to provide a first-hand perspective and an informative discussion from specialist practitioners on some recent cases and current issues in clinical negligence. Specific topics will include material contribution after Davies and Thorley, Lessons from Medico-Legal Cases in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and seven years after Montgomery: where are we now?
