Our 15th January webinar on nervous shock in Paul v. Wolverhampton prompted great questions from the audience. To address those and provide some lively debate, Serjeants’ Inn invite you to join us for a further webinar chaired by John de Bono KC and Christopher Johnston KC. This will be in a mini-moot format, with case studies of hypothetical Nervous Shock cases. The junior barristers will represent the claimant or the defendant, with insights on each case from the silks – and then a vote from the audience on the likely winner at trial.
