His public inquiry work includes several strands of the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse and the Infected Blood Inquiry.
David has acted as counsel to the inquiry in important, high-profile inquiries that have shaped policy and practice in a number of institutions. He has particular experience in sporting bodies (including drugs issues and financial misconduct) and educational bodies. This has involved interviewing witnesses, reviewing large quantities of documents and extensive drafting.
