Alan acted for a male physiotherapist accused of sexual assaults and other sexual conduct concerning 11 female patients at Upton Hospital, Slough, during 2014. At the end of the trial, which was heard at Reading Crown Court and which lasted almost 3 weeks, the defendant was acquitted on all counts.
