Amardeep Dhillon succeeds in the High Court on the issue of damages

Amardeep Dhillon succeeded on the issue of damages due to a dental associate for the wrongful termination of a fixed 5 year self-employment contract, in the case of Ijaz v Manan [2023] EWHC 2574 (KB), following a 4 day High Court trial earlier this year.
He defended the dental associate from allegations that the contract was fraudulent, the Court finding that the contract was genuine.
