Amy Street is legal consultant to new series of BBC Radio 4’s Unreliable Evidence

Unreliable Evidence returns to Radio 4 today. Amy Street has been legal consultant to the programme since appearing as a guest in 2009.
The first of the new series looks at the Law and Cohabitation, hearing arguments for and against reform to provide rights for cohabiting couples. Other programmes in the series will look at free speech, secret courts and surveillance.
Unreliable Evidence is on Radio 4 on Wednesdays at 8pm, tonight and for the next three weeks, repeated on Saturdays at 10.15pm. It will also be available on iPlayer:
