The Defendant, a locum A & E doctor from Spain, was found not guilty of sexual assault on a female patient by the unanimous verdict of the jury. The trial took place between 5th and 12th October 2015 before HHJ Sherwin. The Defendant was represented by Andrew Hockton, instructed by Simon Eastwood and Brendan Costello from Eastwoods.
