At the conclusion of a 16 day hearing, the Medical Practitioners Tribunal found all 17 allegations of indecent assault against a GP not proved. The allegations were in relation to 5 different patients. 16 of the 17 allegations were thrown out on a ‘half time’ submission of no case. The GP was represented by Andrew Hockton, instructed by Surjit Dubb and Anita Puri of Eastwoods
