Andrew Hockton wins case for well-known cosmetic surgeon at GMC

On Friday 27th June 2014, at the conclusion of a four week hearing Mr A, a well-known Harley St surgeon, was cleared of allegations concerning treatment given to four different patients. The case involved a comprehensive review of expert evidence, relating to different aspects of cosmetic surgery. The Fitness to Practise Panel of the GMC found that there was no misconduct or impairment.
Mr A was represented by Andrew Hockton, instructed by Julie Hesketh of Ryan solicitors.
