Angus Moon QC and Rad Kohanzad successfully defend a sexual orientation discrimination and whistleblowing claim against a Police Force in the Employment Tribunal

A Chief Superintendent brought proceedings seeking very substantial compensation from a Police Force which he alleged had discriminated against him on the grounds that he was gay and that he was a whistleblower. He also alleged victimisation.
All the claims were dismissed on 22nd February 2016. The Employment Tribunal anonymised the names of the parties in order to protect their identities.
