Claire Watson’s recent life support case: Michael Mylonas QC quoted in The Times as expert on anonymity issues

Michael Mylonas QC has been quoted in The Times about a challenge which could be lodged against an anonymity order imposed in a sensitive recent High Court case. Claire Watson represented the NHS Trust in the case, in which it was ruled that a severely brain-damaged 1-year-old boy could be taken off a life-support machine. She was instructed by Yogi Amin, of Irwin Mitchell, who also comments in the piece.
The anonymity order currently prevents the boy, parents and NHS from being named until after the boy dies.
