Gerry Boyle represented Finnish consultant Dr Kari Saastamoinen at the inquest into the death of 87 year old patient Andriana Georgiou. Senior Coroner Hassell accepted Gerry’s submission on behalf of his client that an unlawful killing verdict was not appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
