Gerry Boyle recently appeared at Newcastle Upon Tyne Crown Court to defend a GP partner from a local practice, who faced 11 counts of sexual assault against 4 female patients. After a trial lasting over a month, not guilty verdicts were returned on all counts.
Gerry was instructed by Aidan Carr of BLM in Manchester, acting on the instructions of the Medical Protection Society.
