Rachel Spearing appointed as a Specialist Panel Member of the Football Association Judicial Panel and its Safeguarding Review Panel

Rachel Spearing has been appointed as a Specialist Panel Member of the Football Association Judicial Panel and its Safeguarding Review Panel for a 3-year term running until October 2025. She will be eligible to Chair Regulatory Commissions and Appeal Boards and Safeguarding Review Panel hearings.
