Sarah Clarke instructed by Financial Conduct Authority to prosecute alleged foreign exchange investment fraud that has attracted much media attention

The Financial Conduct Authority has instructed Sarah Clarke to prosecute an alleged foreign exchange investment fraud by foreign currency trader Alex Hope and his co-defendant Raj Vanbadlo. Hope hit the headlines in March 2012, when he was widely reported in the media as having spent over £200,000 on a single night’s bar bill at a Liverpool club.
