Serjeants’ Inn Chambers welcomes Eloise Power
9th February 2015
We are delighted to announce that Eloise Power (2002 call) has joined Serjeants’ Inn Chambers as a new tenant.
Eloise, who has a starred double first class degree from Clare College, Cambridge, specialises in medical and product liability law. She is working (with Chris Johnston QC and Heidi Knight) on the multi-million pound group litigation arising out of defective hip implants, and has recently been instructed in the trans-vaginal mesh litigation. She undertakes a full range of clinical negligence and healthcare regulatory work, and is currently representing a group of 23 claimants who were allegedly sexually abused by their GP.
Eloise is commended by Chamber & Partners as a leading junior who “fights the client’s corner, gets to grips with matters very quickly and is very approachable and easy to work with.”
Angus Moon QC comments, “We have long been impressed by Eloise and we are very pleased to have recruited her as part of Chambers’ strategy of expansion and service enhancement.”
