Whitestone and others v FCA: Sarah Clarke KC and Hannah Hinton successfully represent Mrs Whitestone in appeal against a proposed ban from working in finance

The Upper Tribunal has allowed Mrs Whitestone’s reference and held that allegations of a lack of integrity made by the FCA are not well founded. Sarah Clarke KC and Hannah Hinton acted for Mrs Whitestone, instructed by Subir Desai of CDS Mayfair and Tony Watts of Keystone Law.
