Inquest Law Update

We’d be delighted if you would join us this February for the return of our inquest law update conference. Speakers including Bridget Dolan KC and other specialist barristers from our inquest team will draw upon their expertise in inquests and offer practical and tactical insights on topics such as:
- Coronial Causation and the blue bus;
- The applicability of Article 2;
- Media access to materials used in inquests – documents, witness statements and video evidence;
- The role of the Healthcare Regulator in Coroner’s proceedings;
- Domestic Homicide and the State (Police/Public Authorities); and
- State bodies contributing to suicide.
Dr Georgia Richards will also join us as a guest speaker to share her expertise on Prevention of Future Death reports.
Registration with refreshments starts at 13:30 with talks beginning at 14:00. There will be a networking coffee break and then we will conclude with an informal drinks reception.
